Data Deletion

You can ask Stickitona to delete personal data we hold about you, including delivery records created when you comment TRY on an eligible Stickitona Instagram post.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@stickitona.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the Instagram username involved and, if available, a link to the Stickitona post or comment. Never send us your Instagram or Facebook password.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request concerns your data. We will respond within 30 days.

What we delete

After verification, we delete the applicable Instagram comment event, delivery status, error details, and linked account/comment identifiers from our systems, except where a limited record must be retained to meet a legal obligation or prevent abuse.

Deleting our automation record does not remove the original comment from Instagram. You can delete that comment directly in Instagram.

Other Stickitona data

The same email address can be used to request deletion of your Stickitona account or other personal data. Order and financial records may need to be retained where Dutch law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
